Ft McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine
Located in Baltimore, Md, Ft McHenry was the place where Francis Scott Key was inspired to write "The Star Spangled Banner" following the "Battle of Baltimore" in 1814. The National Park Service selected SEPCO™ Solar Electric Power Company to provide security and area lighting in order to provide a viable and cost-effective alternative to conventional energy systems.
With more emphases being placed on conserving energy and protecting the environment, SEPCO™'s Solar Electric Lighting Systems (SELS), utilizing their high-intensity Shoebox Fixtures, was the logical solution.
